Not connected to a Lobby

I'm assuming online play is disabled for the beta, but I'm not sure.  In the Match List, there are no matches in progress, and the chat window says I'm not connected to a Lobby.  I have noticed the "Players Online" has gone up to two, but they're not listed under -Players in this Channel-

Online play isn't disabled during the test fire of the new version. People can still play in the regular version, but are separated from those playing with version 1.2.0.

Regarding the display of players in channel, names are shown if players participated in the chat.
